When variable data publishing solution FusionPro VDP was seeking to develop a more user-centered approach to creating personalized customer communication, they engaged the services of my teammate and myself in UI/UX and design strategies for their industry leading software to deliver stronger impact and improve response rates. By bringing template design, data file definition, business logic and print stream creation together into one platform, the optimized platform goal was to produce a more scalable, intuitive customer-centric, revenue generating method of creating marketing materials.
